What to expect in your 30-minute Introductory Session: 🌿 We take the first step into your story and explore your current experiences, and what you’d like to work on in your healing and self-development journey. This will help me understand your unique needs (15 minutes). 🌿 I’ll give you an overview of what to expect in our future sessions together, so you have a clear idea of the process (5 minutes). 🌿 We’ll discuss the available packages, explore the differences, and decide together which option might be the best fit for you (5 minutes). 🌿 I’ll answer any questions you have to ensure you feel confident moving forward (5 minutes). ✨ Duration: 30 Minutes ✨ Online Session ✨ Standard Price: Complementary Session
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least *24 hours’ notice*. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a *50% charge* of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations within *12 hours* of the appointment will be charged the *full session fee*. Exceptions: In emergency situations, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. ​ Refund Policy: Your healing journey is important to me, and I strive to provide the best possible service. Due to the nature of healing work, refunds are not provided once a session has been completed. If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please contact me to discuss your concerns. Together, we can explore solutions such as a complimentary follow-up session or other alternatives. BOOKING POLICY ​ To secure your session, bookings must be made online through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your session. For packages, please note the following: Foundation Package: This package includes multiple sessions that can be redeemed within 3 month from the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
