By using our website and services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services. If you are using the services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
 
SERVICES

Goli Move offers healing practices, workshops, and related services designed to support personal growth and well-being. These services are intended for guidance and personal exploration and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
 
USER ACCOUNTS

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your account information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
 
PAYMENT TERMS
​
All payments for services must be made at the time of booking. Goli Move reserves the right to change pricing at any time. 
 
BOOKING POLICY 
​
To secure your session, bookings must be made online through our website. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your session.
 
For packages, please note the following:
 
Foundation Package: This package includes multiple sessions that can be redeemed within 3 month from the purchase date. Unused sessions will expire after this period.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 
 
Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least *24 hours’ notice*. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a *50% charge* of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations within *12 hours* of the appointment will be charged the *full session fee*.  
 
Exceptions: In emergency situations, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.

Refund Policy: Your healing journey is important to me, and I strive to provide the best possible service. Due to the nature of healing work, refunds are not provided once a session has been completed. If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please contact me to discuss your concerns. Together, we can explore solutions such as a complimentary follow-up session or other alternatives.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Goli Move or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our express written permission.
 
USER CONDUCT

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others.

• Impersonating any person or entity.

• Transmitting any harmful or illegal content.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

Goli Move reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Australia.
