Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least *24 hours’ notice*. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a *50% charge* of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations within *12 hours* of the appointment will be charged the *full session fee*. Exceptions: In emergency situations, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances. ​ Refund Policy: Your healing journey is important to me, and I strive to provide the best possible service. Due to the nature of healing work, refunds are not provided once a session has been completed. If you’re unsatisfied with your experience, please contact me to discuss your concerns.
